Freelance composer. Formerly at IMAGINE. His real name is Hideo Inai. He uses a pen name because the kanji for Hideo is difficult to read.

He chose the name Keiji because of his great uncle Keijiro Inai, former Japanese Minister of Education, who encouraged him to pursue a music education.
